Manchester City and West Ham have agreed a deal for Joe Hart to play at the East London side on a season-long loan, with the Hammers able to sign the keeper on a permanent basis next summer.
Hart got the train down to London on Sunday, and is set to undergo a medical for West Ham on Monday. He uploaded a photo to his Instagram account captioned: 'on route to the next adventure'.
He has no future at the Etihad with Pep Guardiola, and he needs a regular starting role in order to cement his position for England before the World Cup next year.
The Citizens will pay half of his £120,000-per-week wages until the end of the season, when Bilic's side will have to make a decision on the keeper's future. For now, it's time for Hart's 'next adventure'.
