"Messi is Real Madrid through and through"

This fondness of the Argentinian star has not stopped Isco from giving his all for Real Madrid. The Spain midfielder is a unique player, and he also shows this off the pitch.

When talking to Spanish radio show 'Cadena COPE', the 25-year-old made a statement which left many people surprised: "Messi is Real Madrid through and through."

But fear not... The 'Messi' that Isco is referring has nothing to do with Barcelona's Argentinian superstar. Alas, no, he is talking about his dog, who he has made sure is a fan of Los Blancos, despite being named after one of their rivals.

On the aforementioned radio show, Isco added "My dog Messi is still alive, and better than ever. I have more as well, one called Bubu and another called Junior, who is my favourite. All three of them are Madrid fans."
