Cristiano Ronaldo scored the winner in the 2017 Club World Cup final to bring his total tally in the competition up to seven, equalling the record set by Pele.
The Brazilian icon featured in the obsolete Intercontinental Cup, which is now known as the Club World Cup, and scored seven goals in total.
Ronaldo travelled to Abu Dhabi with several records on his sights. In the semi-final, he became the all-time leading scorer in the competition under the new format.
In the final, his record-equalling goal guided Real Madrid to another piece of silverware in 2017.
