"Even a draw is a crisis here. We have to stay calm, believe in ourselves and take it step by step. Maybe it's not our greatest start in history, but we're still going to be up there and we're fighting for every title," said Ramos, on Los Blancos disappointing run of form.
Then, as well as speaking about the desire to win another Club World Cup, the Spaniard talked about his team-mate Ronaldo, who is making headlines with his lack of goalscoring form.
"When Cris doesn't score everyone makes a fuss," the 31-year-old, admitting that he and Portuguese star don't always see eye-to-eye in terms of matters on the pitch.
"Nothing ever happened. I think that Cristiano and I have always had a great friendship. We are two players with a lot of character, with distinct opinions, but we're always rowing in the same direction. Sometimes we disagree on certain decisions...," he affirmed.
When asked on his opinion on VAR, which will be used at the Club World Cup, Ramos said: "I am in favour of technology in football. That is, as long as we don't lose the essence of the sport. Here perhaps we've taken so long to make the decisions because we're scared of change."
"I hope we can come back with another title because in terms of confidence it's great for the group. It would put us in great stead ahead of 'el Clasico', which is a very important game," he added.
Finally, the club captain gave a message to the Real Madrid fans: "I can promise the fans that we will give everything until the very end and until death."
