The team to take this unfortunate record is Crystal Palace under Frank De Boer, following their 1-0 defeat to Burnley on Sunday. In their opening four Premier League fixtures they have lost to Huddersfield, Liverpool, Swansea and now Burnley without scoring a goal.
They are the first team in Premier League history to manage this unwanted feat and the first team in top flight history since Preston in the 1924/1925 season.

This has understandably put a lot of pressure on the Crystal Palace boss who only replaced Sam Allardyce this summer, but this disastrous start has led to reports suggesting that chairman Steve Parish is already considering sacking De Boer.
The Dutchman, on the other hand, still remains confident his Palace side will start to pick up the points he believes they deserve.
