At 12pm (GMT) the draw for the semi-final of Europe's premier club competition will take place with Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Liverpool and Roma the four teams fighting for a chance of making it to the final in Kiev.
There are no seedings or restrictions at this stage. Whoever's ball is picked first will play at home against the second, whilst the same occurs for balls three and four.
This will be the first time that the Champions League semi-finals will have a representative from England, Germany, Italy and Spain and here is a rundown of the teams:
ROMA
The surprise team in this year's semis after stunning Barcelona at the Olympic Stadium. They fought back from a three-goal deficit to go through on away goals and shouldn't be overlooked by their opposition.
In total, Roma have scored 15 goals in this year's competition, with Edin Dzeko their top scorer with six, adding to that tally during the incredible comeback against Barca on Tuesday night.
It is the lowest of all the four teams remaining but they have a good defensive record, only conceding 12 throughout, and will look to be a physical presence across the two semi-final legs.

BAYERN MUNICH
The Bavarian club have already won the Bundesliga fashion in dominant fashion and are the only team remaining in Europe that can still clinch a treble this season.
In terms of the Champions League, they overcame a dangerous Sevilla to progress 2-1 on aggregrate although it wasn't necessarily the most convincing performance.
Taking the dull quarter-final tie to one side, Bayern have scored 23 goals across the competition, the fourth highest behind Liverpool (33), Paris Saint-Germain (27) and Real Madrid (26) and have an exemplary defensive record, conceding just eight.
Robert Lewandowski is the club's top goal scorer with five ahead of Thomas Muller, Thiago Alcantara and Corentin Tolisso on three, but they have a host of players who can cause damage, including Arjen Robben, Franck Ribery and James Rodriguez.

LIVERPOOL
The 'Reds' put in a blistering first-leg performance to lead Premier League rivals Manchester City 3-0 on aggregate before killing the tie 2-1 in the second instalment, boasting the most deadly attack in the Champions League.
With 33 goals already, nine for both Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah as well as seven for Sadio Mane, Liverpool will hope to add to that tally in the semi-finals but don't assume they are a one-trick pony.
In addition to the hatful of goals, Jurgen Klopp's side have conceded just ten times and proved in that first leg that they can restrict an attacking team to the bare minimum, with City failing to register a single shot on target.

REAL MADRID
The defending champions left it late to secure their place in the last four, needing a Cristiano Ronaldo penalty at the death to seal a 4-3 aggregate victory over Juventus. Although the decision was controversial.
However, putting aside the quarter-final return leg, Madrid have looked dominant in their 'favourite competition', even knocking out Paris Saint-Germain in the Round of 16.
Conceding just nine goals but scoring 26, it is easy to see where their strengths lie, especially as Ronaldo (15) has bagged 57.7 per cent of Madrid's goals this campaign. If teams can keep the Portuguese forward quiet, they will have a great chance of making it through to the final.
