Atletico progressed to the Europa League semi-finals on Thursday evening after winning the quarter-final 2-1 on aggregate, but suffered an injury scare in the form of Diego Costa.
The 29-year-old was forced off the pitch in the 52nd minute, and clutched at his left thigh after seemingly picking up some type of injury.
Costa has previously encountered problems with his thigh, and Atleti boss Diego Simeone announced that the striker will be assessed by club medical staff in the Spanish capital on Friday.
Lucas Hernandez was another potential concern for the club, having sustained a facial injury before half-time. However, hospital results showed that the defender did not have any facial fractures.
Following the draw earlier on Friday, Atletico will face Arsenal in the next round of the Europa League competition.
