The 17-year-old has been one of Fulham's standout performers this season and a major reason why the 'Cottagers' are currently 22 games unbeaten in the Championship.
His return of 15 goals and six assists in 44 Championship games tells you everything about his impact, something which is made all the more impressive when you consider he largely played at left-back until the loan aquisition of Matt Targett in January.
Slavisa Jokanovic has been hailed for putting his trust in the youngster, but the Serb brushed off suggestions that it was a "brave" decision to select Sessegnon when speaking to 'Sky Sports News'.
"He's good enough so his age is not important," said Jokanovic. "I don't think I was brave to play him. I'm a good observer and I'm not scared if someone is 16, 17, 18 or 35, 36 or 37, I just try to use the best players I have to hand.
"I started using Ryan at 16 simply because he was our best option, that's it. It's just about what I see. Now he's growing up and improving in front of us."
