Batshuayi's season on loan at Borussia Dortmund was abruptly cut short when he suffered ankle ligament damage, before returning to parent club Chelsea for rehabilitation.
The Belgium international is fighting to regain full fitness ahead of the World Cup in Russia this summer, and has been using the available facilities at the Chelsea training ground in Cobham.
The facility is equipped with a hydrotheraphy pool, that allows players to run and build fitness without loading weight onto leg injuries.
The 24-year-old participated in agility drills, running exercises and stretching in an effort to build up strength in his ankle ahead of the summer tournament.
Prior to sustaining the injury, Batshuayi had performed impressively at Dortmund, scoring nine goals from 14 outings for the Bundesliga side.
