The French midfielder joined Antalyaspor from Manchester City in August but has only made four appearances and scored two goals as the team undergoes financial difficulties and finds itself hovering above the relegation zone after some woeful league performances.
Speaking to the 'Dogan' news agency in Turkey, board member Cumhur Arici said: "A clear decision has been made for a parting of the ways with Nasri."
"His manager will come and negotiations will be made on the subject of money owed and we will part company."
It spells the end of the 30-year-old who was hoping for better first-team opportunites after falling out of favour with City manager Pep Guardiola. He spent six seasons at the Etihad, winning two Premier League titles and two League Cups in the process.
